All products Dynamic Solar Solutions sell come with a standard manufacturers warranty. If an item is found faulty you need to return it to us with your full details and the receipt from Dynamic Solar Solutions as proof of purchase.

You need to have prior authorisation from Dynamic Solar Solutions before sending an item back for return.
Each item needs to be in original condition, packaging and complete with all accessories.
Freight is to be prepaid on all returns.
Please clearly mark why you are returning the product.
It is your responsibility to have all your details clearly marked on the item. We are not responsible to find out who the item belongs to.
