Check this out a 12 volt Solar Powered Landrover Defender 130 !!
Rescued from the scrap heap, this Defender has been given a new lease on life.

It was an old farm truck - a dead set wreck! Talk about modifications! The Defender has the Ultimate set up on 12 volt and Solar it copped a complete overhaul on the inside and outside, and it's now set up to tour just about anywhere.

The owner of Dynamic Solar Solutions, Jamie's plan was to turn the tired old girl into his touring vehicle with the products he uses & sells every day of 12 volt & solar products, as well as build a vehicle that could take him and his family to the most far away places in & around Australia.

These versatile low voltage timers have both a normally open and normally closed contacts to meet all of your switching requirements.

This versatile little unit can be programmed to turn your load (up to 8 amps) "ON" and "OFF" at up to 8 pre determined times. Some other features include a Nicad backup battery to keep all of the programmed times in memory, a manual over-ride button just in case you need the load to be manually switched.

On the 01st October 2007 Dynamic Solar Solutions carried out a workshop to many members of the Camper Trailer org Group where they found answers to a lot of their questions on Mobile Power 12 volt and Solar. The event was held at Copeton Waters, west of Inverell.

Jamie Hazelden and Jason Goldsack drove down in the companies Land rover Defender 130 which also acts as a mobile workshop. The vehicle is fitted out with a lot of the 12Volt products that Dynamic Solar Solutions sell including Solar Panels, batteries, Ctek 25 amp Charger, Hot water Shower, Reversing Camera, DVD Player, Roof Top Tent, Satellite Phone, Satellite TV, Warn 9000 LB Winch, Inverter, Eutectic Fridge & Freezer and GPS. the vehicle is used a lot for demonstrating to groups on how to use 12 volt equipment.

Jamie gave an informative workshop on Solar Panels and 12 volt setups for Camper Trailers. Including self sufficient power anywhere from multi battery and multi Solar Panel Systems to one panel "set and forget" units.

It has been reported that Jamie gave free system inspections, advice and suggestions on ways to make inspected systems more efficient. He also carried out running repairs to Camper Trailers and tow vehicles as some campers developed problems after long trips to the annual event.

The event drew around 60 Camper Trailers and 4X4 vehicles.
